Requirements

  • Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or alternatively technician-level training
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Several years of experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes, ideally in aircraft manufacturing
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Good experience in using MTM
  • Familiarity with creating manufacturing documentation for aerospace components

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central interface between the Design Office and Production, responsible for creating all relevant manufacturing documentation including manufacturing orders and production aids
  • Conduct time-based evaluations and optimize created work processes
  • Coordinate exchange with Design Office to align technical executions for manufacturing and assembly
  • Drive continuous optimization and further development of existing processes and workflows
  • Lead and motivate the manufacturing engineering team in aerospace component production
  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes for aircraft structures
