Requirements

Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or alternatively technician-level training
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Several years of experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes, ideally in aircraft manufacturing
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Good experience in using MTM
Familiarity with creating manufacturing documentation for aerospace components

Responsibilities

Serve as the central interface between the Design Office and Production, responsible for creating all relevant manufacturing documentation including manufacturing orders and production aids
Conduct time-based evaluations and optimize created work processes
Coordinate exchange with Design Office to align technical executions for manufacturing and assembly
Drive continuous optimization and further development of existing processes and workflows
Lead and motivate the manufacturing engineering team in aerospace component production
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes for aircraft structures
