Requirements

  • Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technician-level training
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft manufacturing as well as production planning and control
  • Experience in creating SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions)
  • MTM knowledge required
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the interface between the Design Office and Production, responsible for creating all relevant manufacturing documentation including manufacturing orders and production aids
  • Perform time evaluations including optimization of created work processes
  • Exchange with Design Office to coordinate technical executions of manufacturing and assembly
  • Continuously optimize and further develop existing processes and workflows
  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-quality aerospace components
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure aerospace products are safe, powerful, and reliable
