Requirements

Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technician-level training
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft manufacturing as well as production planning and control
Experience in creating SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions)
MTM knowledge required
Hands-on mentality
Solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Serve as the interface between the Design Office and Production, responsible for creating all relevant manufacturing documentation including manufacturing orders and production aids
Perform time evaluations including optimization of created work processes
Exchange with Design Office to coordinate technical executions of manufacturing and assembly
Continuously optimize and further develop existing processes and workflows
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-quality aerospace components
Collaborate with teams to ensure aerospace products are safe, powerful, and reliable
