Requirements
- Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technician-level training
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft manufacturing and production planning/control
- Experience in creating SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions)
- MTM knowledge required
- Hands-on mentality
- Solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Act as interface between Design Office and Production, creating all relevant manufacturing documents including orders and production aids
- Perform time-based evaluations including optimization of work processes
- Exchange with Design Office to coordinate technical executions for manufacturing and assembly
- Continuously optimize and develop existing processes and workflows
