Requirements

Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or comparable field
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Sound knowledge of manufacturing standards in aerospace
Experience in manufacturing helicopter components or in the aviation industry
Expertise in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools
Good understanding of composite materials and metal processing
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Knowledge of MTM is advantageous

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for aircraft structures and components (MCA and systems)
Collaborate closely with design, quality, and production to ensure efficient manufacturing flows
Create work orders and manufacturing instructions enabling smooth production
Analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturability
Select suitable materials, tools, and manufacturing technologies (e.g., composite materials, CNC machining)
Continuously optimize existing processes and introduce new technologies into manufacturing
Ensure compliance with aviation standards (e.g., EASA, FAA) and internal quality guidelines
