About this role
Serve as a Senior Turbomachinery Engineer performing design and analysis with oversight of others' work. Apply analyses to pre-test predictions of component performance and assess ground test or flight data. Utilize data to characterize environments and verify if turbomachinery meets design requirements and goals.
Support the full turbomachinery lifecycle including design, development, integration, analysis, test, and problem resolution. Develop new design concepts and improvements. Support bearing lab testing, data analysis, and construction of test labs while creating scripts for automated testing.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues and attend technical interchanges, project planning, design reviews, and meetings. Maintain knowledge of design, requirements, issues, and action items. Identify issues, pursue resolutions, provide analyses, and implement risk management.

Requirements
- Expertise in turbomachinery design and analysis techniques
- Experience applying analyses to pre-test predictions and post-test data assessment
- Knowledge of turbomachinery performance characterization and design verification
- Familiarity with bearing testing, data analysis, and test lab setup
- Ability to develop design concepts and improvements for turbomachinery
- Proficiency in creating scripts for automated testing
- Skill in supporting technical interchanges and risk management processes
- Background in aerospace turbomachinery development and integration

- Attend technical interchanges, design reviews, and meetings to identify issues and complete action items
