Requirements

Basic understanding of mechatronics.
Problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to identify basic issues in manufacturing workflows and propose simple solutions.
Communication and collaboration skills to communicate findings effectively and work with other roles.
Ability to learn from senior engineers by seeking guidance and feedback to improve technical and interpersonal skills.
Focus on understanding processes and building foundational expertise in control systems.

Responsibilities

Support the development and modification of control systems by following established engineering procedures and best practices.
Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and support basic project tasks.
Support troubleshooting of basic issues within production control systems using predefined methods and guidelines.
Assist in maintaining and updating control system documentation, including diagrams, manuals, and reports.
Assist with automation development and implementation while learning basic safety systems and standards.
Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for team use.
